The hotel has a good location not far from the beach and not too close to the construction area. the staff is friendly and speaks English well. the rooms are clean and have all necessary facilities, including a kitchenette and fridge, making it convenient for longer stays.

The hotel has occasional problems with WiFi connection.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a perfect and well-maintained pool. The location was not too far from the ocean and provided easy transportation.

The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Naomi, the breakfast server, was lovely. They provided a better room away from construction. Great recommendations and English-speaking staff. Clean, well-equipped, and affordable. Close to yoga studio, juice place, convenience store, and ceviche restaurant. Cleanest pool in Playa. Laid-back but lively neighborhood.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas with two double beds, and the price was quite affordable. Moreover, the hotel was located near the promenade and various food joints. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

The room was very humid and had a damp smell, which made everything feel wet. The air conditioning wasn't working well enough, and the beds felt damp too. We could hardly get any sleep in the room. There was no view from the room, and the atmosphere wasn't comfortable at all.

Spending my Xmas holiday at this place was just amazing. The location could not have been better, just a short walk to the beach and the famous Fifth Avenue. The two pools were fantastic, the kids enjoyed it while I could read a good book. The spacious rooms were clean and included a kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare my own meals.

The noise from a nearby construction project was a bit disturbing during the day, but it was outside of the hotel's control. The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, but I was mostly disconnected from technology during my holiday so this was not a major issue.
